Exclusively for recurring weekly clients, the Half-House Rotation keeps your kitchen deep-cleaned every week while alternating the rest of your home:
- Week A: complete detailed cleaning of the first half of your home.

How much does house cleaning cost in Chester or Roanoke?
Pricing is based on your home’s square footage and how often you’d like service. Recurring cleanings start at $68 per visit for weekly service in homes up to 1,100 sq. ft., and an initial deep clean starts at $225. Use the price estimator on this page to see your estimated price.
Do I need an initial deep clean before recurring service?
Yes. Every recurring plan begins with an initial deep clean that removes built-up dust and grime and sets your home’s clean baseline. After that, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits keep it that way at the lower recurring rate.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our team brings all professional supplies and equipment, and we use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients share entry instructions so we can clean while they’re at work. Please make sure we can access your home at the scheduled time — if our crew is locked out, a $40 lockout fee covers travel costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice are subject to a $35 fee. Payment is due on the day of service by cash, check or electronic invoice.
What is the Half-House Rotation plan?
It’s a custom option for weekly clients: your kitchen is deep-cleaned every week, while the rest of your home is split into two halves that alternate week to week. It keeps larger homes consistently detailed on a manageable budget.
