Does the home need to be empty for move-out cleaning?
For the best results, yes — an empty home lets us clean inside cabinets, closets and every corner. If a few items remain, let us know and we’ll work around them.
Will move-out cleaning help me get my security deposit back?
Our detailed move-out clean is designed to meet landlord and property-manager expectations, covering kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, closets and floors. Final deposit decisions rest with your landlord, but a professional clean gives you the best chance.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes. Interior refrigerator (+$30) and oven (+$40) detailing are available and recommended for move-outs.
Do you work with realtors and property managers?
Yes. We help realtors, landlords and property managers prepare homes for listings, inspections and new tenants.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your moving date. We require 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes, and booking early secures your preferred day.
How is move-in/move-out cleaning priced?
